Ken provided excellent, quick service when the towing service through our auto ins roadside assistance let us down. We waited for over 4 hrs for a truck we thought was coming but after 4 calls including a call from a police officer who was helping us (thank you WW Police) found out we had fallen through the cracks. In frustration we did a phone search for a local towing service and saw that Kenny had 5 stars. We called and he told us to go home and he’d call us when he arrived at the disabled vehicle.
